Now that we have obtained a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and our accounting requirements have expanded, International Wex Technologies Inc . (the "Company") is pleased to announce that effective March 10, 2004, Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants is appointed as our Company auditor.

The Company wishes to thank our former auditor, Ellis Foster, for their excellent services provided over the years.

The appointment of Ernst & Young will enable the Company to continue building its global development plan.
