International Wex Technologies Inc. ("Wex") is pleased to announce the conclusion of a Manufacturing and Option Agreement with Sabex 2002 Inc. ("Sabex"). Under this agreement, Sabex will manufacture Wex's clinical lots for Canada, the United States and worldwide.
These negotiations, which were begun with Sabex Founder and Vice-Chairman of the Board, Michel Saucier, were concluded by President and CEO, Pierre Fréchette. The agreement provides Sabex with a first right of refusal to acquire an exclusive licence for Wex's injectable products in Canada.
Wex looks forward to this sharing of expertise as both companies implement their worldwide strategies and pursue accelerated expansion.
Sabex is a Canadian world-class corporation which develops, manufactures and distributes injectable and ophthalmic pharmaceutical products for the hospital and retail pharmacy markets in Canada, the US and other international markets.
