We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Michael Geadah to our Scientific Advisory Board.

As a seasoned executive with degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry and Immuno-Chemistry, and specializing in all aspects of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical device business operations, Mr. Geadah brings over 32 years of international expertise. His many years of experience in Canada, Europe and Asia will play an important role in the future of this company.

A citizen of Canada, Mr. Geadah resides in Hong Kong where he is a private consultant within the pharmaceuticals industry. He is well known in Canada through his nine years (1984-1993) role as Chief Executive Officer of Pharmacia Canada, part of the worldwide organization of Pharmacia Corporation, one of the fastest-growing competitors in the global pharmaceutical industry.

In the area of neuro-bioscience, the Company is focusing on the fields of pain management, drug addiction treatment and anaesthesia. The Company is developing products that contain a sodium channel blocking compound and derivatives extracted from natural organic substances using its proprietary manufacturing technology.
