International Wex Technologies Inc., the ( the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received an invitation to make a presentation within the neurobiology section, during the event to be held in Quebec City October 2-4, 2002. Every year Quebec City holds the prestigious BioContact occasion at the Château Frontenac. This year the title is called, "A biopharmaceutical partnership symposium." Many of the world's major financial houses, pharmaceutical companies and brokerage firms seek out new opportunities and commence a dialogue with biotech firms for representations, licensing partnering, etc.

During this time period the Company wishes to re-acquaint old contacts, build additional interest now that Phase IIa is progressing beyond the 1st dosing group and of course create additional awareness for the Company, its products and advancements in China, Canada, U.S.A., and Europe.
