New Appointment to Advisory Board

International Wex Technologies Inc. (the "company") is very pleased to welcome Dr. Patrick du Souich, M.D., Ph D. as the newest addition to the Advisory Board. Dr. du Souich is a Professor at the University of Montreal in the Department of Pharmacology and a member of Centre de Recherche, Faculte de Medecine, Universite de Montreal. Besides numerous awards, Dr. du Souich has over 209 publications to his credit and over 211 papers that he has presented at National/International meetings. He has had numerous clinical appointments and is still active in many. Since 1987 he has been the Associate Editor of the Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology and currently he is the Associate Editor of the British Journal of Pharmacology.

Tetrodin has been developed by the company primarily as a treatment for the symptoms associated with withdrawal from all opiate addictions such as morphine, opium, heroin and methadone. It is a non-narcotic pharmaceutical that has proven to be safe and effective and functions well in both primary withdrawal treatment and abstinence maintenance (longer term use) of drug addiction. The company has also begun tests on the usage of Tetrodin as a potent analgesic.
