International Wex Technologies Inc. (the "company") is pleased to announce that Professor Wenjuan Yin has joined our Beijing office as Director of Regulatory Affairs. Her primary responsibility will be to act as liaison with the various regulatory bodies for drug approval in the P.R.C., initially being the status on Tetrodin(HT). Professor Yin holds a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. During her career she has published numerous papers in Scientific journals and presented her material at 3 major international conferences, one being the 3rd China, Japan and America Catalyst meeting. Her papers have received many national awards.

Her Curriculum Vitae partially reads:

1994 - 2000: Professor, Vice Commissioner (in charge of Regulatory Affairs) of National Medical Development Centre.

1989 - 1994: Associate Professor, Vice-Director, Director, Office of Regulatory Affairs Development, National Medical Development Centre.

1987 - 1989: Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, National Medical Development Centre.

1982 - 1987: Associate Professor, Coal Chemistry Institute of Shanxi Province, The Chinese Academy of Science.

1978 - 1982: Master of Science, Institute of Element Organic Chemistry, Nankai University.

1961 - 1966: Bachelor Degree, Chemical Department, Beijing Normal University.

Professor Yin's vast network and work experience will greatly assist the company in its expanding efforts in China and abroad.

Tetrodin(HT) has been developed by the company primarily as a treatment for the symptoms associated with withdrawal from all opiate addictions such as morphine, opium, heroin and methadone. It is a non-narcotic pharmaceutical that has proven to be safe and effective and functions well in both primary withdrawal treatment and abstinence maintenance (longer term use) of drug addiction. The company has also begun tests on the usage of Tetrodin(HT) as a potent analgesic.
