Clinical license's meeting date is set

As of today December 17, 1999 , our president, Mr. Frank Shum is pleased to announce that International Wex Technologies Inc. (the "Company") has received a formal notice from the China State Drug Administration (SDA). The China SDA has notified the company that the first formal review meeting for the approval and issuing of the clinical license for Tetrodin(HT) will take place on December 22, 1999. We are optimistic that this meeting will move forward. Our company has completed the testing of Tetrodin far beyond what would be basically required, in order to provide all of the scientific evidence for our application for a new drug license. We will be reporting on the progress of this meeting. The company is pleased to reach this milestone and looking forward to achieving our objective in the coming months.

IWT has developed a patented new product named Tetrodin(HT). Tetrodin(HT) is a non-narcotic pharmaceutical that has proven to be a safe and effective treatment for all opiate (heroin, opium, morphine, methadone, etc.) addictions. Tetrodin(HT) functions very well in both primary withdrawal treatment and abstinence maintenance (longer term use) of drug addiction.
