All Pre-clinical Testings Of Tetrodin (HT) Now Complete

Donna Shum, Corporate-Secretary, International Wex Technologies Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all of the pre-clinical tests using the GLP (Good Clinical Practice) standards have been completed. All the tests were conducted at the top independent institutions in the People's Republic of China (PRC).

The results of the past years of testing are now being collated by Bat Au Te Ltd. (BAT) see March 19, 1999 news release. BAT, the premier consulting group in the PRC on pharmaceutical new drug applications, is readying for submission all the information to the State Drug Administration Bureau. This is the equivalent of an Investigational New Drug (IND) filing with the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
