Tentative agreement for marketing Tetrodin (HT) in North America

International Wex Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with a private Nevada company, IWT Pharma Corp. The objective of IWT Pharma Corp. is to apply and file for USFDA and HPB Canada approval of Tetrodin(HT), and further, to market and distribute Tetrodin(HT) into the United States of America and Canada. IWT Pharma Corp. will be fully responsible for total funding of this business opportunity.

Finalization of this agreement is subject to International Wex Technologies Inc.’s due diligence and final approval from its Board of Directors. Further details will be announced upon completion.

International Wex Technologies Inc. is developing the patented new product named Tetrodin(HT). Tetrodin(HT) -Heroin Treatment- is a new pharmaceutical that has proven to be a safe, non-addictive analgesic and effective treatment for all opiate (heroin, opium, morphine, methadone, etc.) addictions.
