Distribution contract for non-pharmaceutical products

A five-year contract, with rights for a further five years, has been signed between International Wex Technologies Inc. ( the "Company") and Eurasia Health Trading bv ( "Eurasia") of the Netherlands. Eurasia is in the business of importing and distributing non-pharmaceuticals, herbal and/or nutraceutical health care products in the EEUC and Switzerland.

International Wex Technologies Inc. will be sourcing and supplying a wide range of products of Chinese origin for Eurasia. Eurasia is obligated to secure all import and permits for the EEUC and Switzerland.
