Professionals to visit China to observe Tetrodin(Ht)'s use on Human Addicts

International Wex Technologies Inc.("IWT") is pleased to announce that a team of professionals in the fields of Medicine, Finance, and Business are gathering in Nanning, Guangxi, China from January 28 to February 5, 1999 in order to witness first hand the benefits of TETRODIN(HT) on heroin addicts. Members of the team will include, Dr. Franz-Josef Braun MD of Germany,and Dr. Ricardo Estavillo Munoz MD of Mexico.

Dr. Ricardo Estavillo Munoz of Mexico will be in training in the administration of TETRODIN(HT) during this trip.

The full group of observers will record, document and report their findings to all interested parties .

TETRODIN (HT) is a patented non-narcotic treatment for withdrawal from opiate addiction.
