International Wex Technologies Inc. and Royal Bright Holdings Ltd. Sign Letter of Intent to Pursue Sales and Distribution of Tetrodin (HT)

December 02, 1998, International Wex Technologies Inc. of #2000-777 Hornby Street, Vancouver, B.C., Canada, V6Z 1S4 ("IWT") and Royal Bright Holdings Ltd. ("RBH") of Flat B, 19th Floor, 88 Commercial Building, 28 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong announce today that the two companies have signed a letter of intent that outlines a proposed new agreement for the sales and distribution of the patented product of IWT, Tetrodin (HT).

The exclusive distribution right requested by RBH will be for the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong. Under the anticipated distribution agreement, IWT would be supplying Tetrodin(HT) to RBH as an exclusive distributor in this territory. Further details were not disclosed.

IWT is developing the patented new product named Tetrodin(HT). Tetrodin(HT) is a non-narcotic pharmaceutical that has proven to be a safe and effective treatment for all opiate (heroin, opium, morphine, methadone, etc.) addictions. Tetrodin(HT) functions very well in both primary withdrawal treatment and abstinence maintenance (longer term use) of drug addiction.
