The Formation of the Beijing Aiqite Distribution Ltd is confirmed

Following to the corporation’s news release dated August 15, 1997, we have received confirmation from the China Coordination Office of Law Economics and Technology(CCOL),that the Beijing Aiqite Distribution Ltd. has been formed. This company has been funded and mandated by the China government to have exclusive distribution rights to deliver product(s) to the over 500 China government managed hospitals and clinics. Tetrodin(HT) is the premier product that Beijing Aiqite Distribution Ltd. will be focused on marketing.

Simultaneously, International Wex Technologies Inc. has been negotiating the contract for Tetrodin(HT) which was outlined in the August 15, 1997 news release. These negotiations were started at the request of the China Ministry of Public Security and State Detoxification Committee who desired to have the business issues completed in preparation for the start of implementing Tetrodin(HT) into use in China once the new drug license is issued. The negotiations are now in the final stages. The incorporation and funding of the distribution company demonstrates the serious manner and urgency that the China government has placed on getting Tetrodin(HT) into use as soon as possible.
